MBCA pre-season beach badges are now on sale Saturdays 10:00 AM-3:00 PM. Beginning Sunday, June 2nd the the office will be open Saturdays & Sundays for pre-season beach badge sales 10:00 AM-3:00 PM. The office will be closed on Sunday, June 19th. The office will open 7 days beginning Friday, June 21st through Monday, September 2nd. Friday, June 21st will be the last day for pre-season beach badge sales.
The beach will officially open on Saturday, June 22nd.

OUTSIDE construction and modifications are ONLY permitted from September 15th-June 15th. Construction and modifications are NOT permitted during the summer months unless an emergency repair is needed. Taylor Mgmt. MUST be notified prior to starting any emergency repairs or a STOP CONSTRUCTION will be issued and a possible fine imposed.

As you know, our dunes are the reason we had very little damage from Hurricane Sandy.
Half of our dunes were lost to Sandy. Our dune replenishment project, led by Dominick Solazzo, began immediately following the storm. The cost for this is significant. Since the storm we have received numerous request from homeowners and other residents from surrounding communities on how to donate to this critical project.
We are able to accept donations as follows:
- All check MUST be payable to Midway Beach Condominium Association. Do NOT abbreviate. We are UNABLE to accept checks made payable to MBCA.
- Dune Replenishment' must be written in the memo field of the check.
Note: We cannot accept checks without this information.
